Dr, Kevin Gilmartin, a well-known and respected lecturer, and author of emotional survival for first responders and leaders, will be teaching techniques and coping skills for dealing with the stress and demands of the job for First Responders, Leaders, Spouses and their families. This training is for Law Enforcement in the southeast part of the state, AZ POST, local leadership for the College and local leadership positions, local first responders (EMT, Fire), Communication personnel, and Detention personnel (State and County level.) With the help of Freeport MacMoRan, Graham County Sheriff’s Office, Thatcher Police Department, Safford Police Department and EAC Police Department this training is free for attendees.
